Here are a few words....

"Whatever it is you are thinking or feeling will pass, and you will move on to another idea or feeling within moments... These are just feelings though, they are real but they are not what is. We are emotional beings, we feel the energies of the world and some of us in tune more than others... that energy can really take a toll on us but what we do with it, how we react to it makes all the difference. Use the energy to make something real and let that real thing be something good, positive, productive, or beneficial to yourself, others or our planet. "We" everything, is connected... so by doing for others, yourself or the world you are helping "us." We are all in this together, not alone. And when you are alone say in your room.. realize there are many other "alone" but we* are together on this planet. You are not alone. You are capable. and You will be okay. Take a moment to feel the aliveness in your body take a few deep long relaxing breaths. And take the time to simply be in the present moment, enjoy just being."
